The restaurant is pleasant and modern. All the food is delicious. The staff were friendly and the service was good, and on top of that, it is even affordable compared to the cost of living in Copenhagen.

Had a fantastic lunch here today. We didn’t have a reservation but we’re lucky to get a lovey table for two people. We ordered a selection of four Smørrebrød of which were all absolutely delicious with our favourite being the breaded plaice with shrimp salad. Service was excellent with some great recommendations for drinks and food.

Wonderful experience at Aamanns 1921! Very good food in a cozy, warm and authentic Nordic-Danish atmosphere—perfect for a lovely, informal dinner. The smørrebrød with salmon and beetroot is definitely worth trying, and the agnolotti with pumpkin is something you really don’t want to miss! A young, friendly and attentive team of waiters made the whole experience even more enjoyable and made us want to come back. Highly recommended when in Copenhagen!
