I expected the food to be exceptional, and I was not disappointed. I was surprised by the stellar service - really, really something to experience. Run to Alouette. You won’t be disappointed.

Loved our evening at Alouette. Oscar did an excellent job of making us feel comfortable throughout the experience- and the food ofcourse was phenomenal. While all dishes were incredible, my partner and I have been talking about their zucchini dish the entire trip, and it's really been a highlight 😊

Alouette delivers on many fronts—seasonal produce and seafood are treated with creativity and precision, and the tasting menu highlights a thoughtful balance of flavors. Execution in the kitchen is excellent. Service also deserves praise: Oscar, our server for the evening, stood out with his energy, encyclopedic knowledge of the dishes, and thoughtful wine pairings. That said, the overall experience fell short of what one would expect from a restaurant of this reputation. A key dessert course was missed entirely, and only when we inquired at the end was it hurriedly served—unfortunately arriving with a large hair embedded in the dish. While the staff were sincerely apologetic and offered drinks as compensation, the handling felt incomplete. What surprised me most was the chef’s absence in addressing these missteps: though he visited every other table around us, he never made his way over, despite the errors that had occurred. As someone who regularly seeks out destination restaurants, I was left disheartened. Great food and excellent service can only carry the experience so far when basic attentiveness and professionalism lapse. At this level, the margin for error is slim, and Alouette has some work to do if it wishes to live up to its standing among Copenhagen’s best.

Very fine 1 star Michelin dining based on Danish ingredieces. Many plates but not too much. Very nice newly renovated environment.

Top fine dining restaurant in Copenhagen serving regional high quality produce in a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is open and visible to the dining room and there is a possibility to book a seat at the chef's counter. You'll get a tasting menu and you'll be entertained for hours.

A 2h30 alive culinary dream delivered by a great team with diverse skills and personalities. Cuisine was outstanding based on local producers and season ingredients with great non alcoholic pairing Special mention to Balint beverage creation based on his childhood buckwheat breakfast💙 and the lovely sweet shy smile of the manager … don’t remember the name… sorry 🙏🏼 Merci 🙏🏼🌸

Dining at Alouette was an amazing experience. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere felt calm and immersive throughout. Everyone—from the staff to the chef—was friendly, professional, and welcoming. A wonderful evening I’d gladly recommend.

The dishes are gorgeous works of art but I feel like flavor is sacrificed in the name of making them look pretty. Service was attentive but cool. I just didn't feel like the it lived up to the hype (or steep price).

Una experiencia gastronómica increíblemente genial de principio a fin. Tuvimos múltiples restricciones dietéticas en nuestra fiesta (vegana, pescataria, alergia al maní). No importaba: el equipo de Alouette creó un menú inolvidable de platos y bebidas, a un ritmo perfecto y entregado por un personal atento y atractivo.

¡Para todo y reserva este restaurante! Esta fue la comida más increíble que mi esposo y yo hemos tenido. La historia que crearon con la comida hizo que fuera un viaje inolvidable para nosotros. Honestamente, mi marido se niega a comer espárragos en casa y ahora ella está deseando (pobre chico, nunca podría conseguir espárragos para saborear tan increíble pero lo intentaré! ) el servicio fue increíble. Ella modificó mis selecciones de vino para mí y fue la perfección. Sinceramente, no tengo nada malo que decir, gracias al increíble personal por una memoria central que guardaremos para siempre!
