September and October are by far the most beautiful months in Copenhagen. This is when the deep calm and warm coziness of autumn slowly settle over the capital, finding their way right under the skin of those of us who live in the city.
*Today I give their croissant a clean 10 on the ten-point scale and Mr. Bubber will probably do the same! But their crunch is not quite my taste - tasty but too snazzy 😀
NB That croissant there is probably the most delicious in Copenhagen and promise me to smell it before you put your teeth in it :-)
* if Bubber was here, and gave the Shrove Tuesday cake a high and cheerful taste rating - me too and I give the one on the left a clean 9 at Andersen Bakery and soon my 85 year old mother will also munch on the delicacies 😀 I should say hello and say that not a crumb was wasted!😉 and continue to have a really good Shrove Tuesday to everyone out there until the Shrove Tuesday cake hysteria will probably soon come to an end for this year!

I recently visited Andersen Bakery in Copenhagen, and overall, I had a really enjoyable experience. The bakery had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it a nice place to stop for a quick breakfast, snack, or coffee during the day.
One of the things I liked most was the variety of baked goods available. Everything looked fresh and well presented, from the bread and pastries to the sweeter options. The pastry I tried had a great texture and tasted fresh, with a good balance of sweetness without being too heavy. The coffee also went really well with it and made the experience even better.
The service was friendly and efficient. Even though the bakery was fairly busy, I didn’t have to wait very long, and the staff were polite and helpful. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and had the cozy Scandinavian feeling that I expected from a bakery in Denmark.
The prices were a little higher than what I would normally pay for a bakery, but I think the quality made it worth it. Overall, Andersen Bakery was a great place to visit, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for fresh pastries and a relaxing bakery experience in Denmark

An excellent bakery; all the options we selected were exquisite. The coffee was very good as well. The wait was reasonable, and the service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere is pleasant; there are tables, the space is small but perfectly adequate.

Lovely innovative desserts & limited sandwiches / savoury options. Waitress gave me wrong drink but replaced with correct drink after an awkward conversation.

Great pastries. Really good versions of croissants, pasteries and patisserie. Mix of traditional bakes and Asian inspired flavours.

A viral café that lives up to its name in real life. The food was incredibly delicious. The wait time was okay, and the iced chai latte was amazing. Unfortunately, the café's interior wasn't very attractive.
Highly recommended!
