nice and cozy place, but sold out of most options by 12 pm on a thursday… a bit crazy

A must-visit bakery for its Kardemommesnurre (cardamom buns), created by a former Noma baker. These buns are one of Benji’s signature specialties and definitely worth trying. Benji uses a generous amount of cardamom, leaving large pieces or even whole cardamom seeds inside the pastry. The result is a rich, aromatic, and intensely spiced flavor that stands out from most other bakeries. The coffee is good, and the staff are warm and friendly. The only downside is the location. The surrounding area is not particularly attractive at the moment, and there is quite of construction work nearby.

Very nice bakery with many options and both buns and a breakfast/brunch menu. However I personally did not enjoy a specific coffee mix between coffee and orange juice. Besides that great place and great location with a sunny terrace!

A very pleasant bakery with breakfast options. The pastries are truly delicious and the breakfasts are filling. The staff is polite and attentive, leaving a positive impression. The coffee is decent, a perfect complement to the desserts and pastries. As a tourist, I especially liked the atmosphere—cozy and relaxed—so I even came back again. A great place, I definitely recommend it.

Still dreaming about this breakfast! Light and airy spot, perfect for meeting friends or even solo doing some work. Does get very busy, rightfully so!

Good service and good pastries 💜 no vegan options though, besides oat milk. I would recommend going during the week because it gets really packed on the weekend. It's a nice environment if you need to work and also to meet friends or date. I don't think they provide internet.

The pastries are very tasty, the woman who served us seemed not to be very interest, we had to ask to be served, the lady didn't ask if we would eat here or to take away, she packed a roll in a bag, she did it with her hands without washing them or even put on gloves, I think it's a bit unhygienic. The coffee was very good.

Generally great, love the BMO & pastries. The coffee is also very nice. I’ve been a fair few times and haven’t been disappointed. A few small ish comments though. It gets very busy on the weekends which obviously can’t be helped, but they do not have a good queueing system. Sometimes the queue wraps around all the tables inside and makes it quite uncomfortable to sit in there and eat as it makes the vibe feel very stressful. On weekdays it’s a great place to sit and get some work done but probably not on the weekends. They also only had 2 staff working on Sunday so it was very slow service. They need more like 3-4 people so orders can be taken and service can be delivered. It’s not that it took ages to be served but the staff seemed rushed off their feet. And the line moved very slowly. But they’re trying their best and very sweet generally 🫶 Also PLEASE update your hours on google. It says 8am but they open at 9am on Sunday (not sure about Saturday) and there were many people waiting outside as they came for opening at 8.
