Best as takeaway, not cozy, but eating on site is possible

I have been to Basilico quite a few times over the past year, and I can only say that they have evolved. I started by trying their core dishes such as a pizza. But when I ordered their cheeseburger the other day I was really surprised by how good it was. It was made with a delicious simple dressing, a good, rich brioche bun and a delicious steak. The service was good The fries were crispy The burger was superb The atmosphere is cozy The prices are good It all just works. Definitely recommend

In the past, they made really delicious Italian pizzas and pasta dishes. The dough was really flavorful, clearly left to rise for a long time, and there was a real attention to detail. Now the authentic pasta dishes have been dropped and instead they have started serving burgers, kebabs, fried food and the like. The focus has been removed from the good quality, and the pizzas are no longer something you buy for the taste experience, but simply to get a quick and easy dinner. The quality is better than the other pizzerias in town, but can't compare to the experience you had when you visited basilico a few years ago. I hope they will one day return to their roots and stick to serving food that really tastes of Italy.
