Unfortunately, it was not a very good experience. We sat for about 30 minutes before our order was taken, even after I had gone up to ask. When we arrived, we were told that the staff would come down to the table and take the order. The food was served at intervals of about 10 minutes. The pizzas came first, and then it took another 10 minutes before the schnitzel and burger were served. It was a shame that the food did not come at the same time, and the burger was also not hot when it was served. The restaurant had also made a post on Facebook that you get a free soda for the rest of the year. We were questioned by the staff twice, even after we had pointed out the post. Only after repeated dialogue was the offer accepted, and here it was also made very clear that it was a small soda. All in all, it was unfortunately not a successful first experience at Botan.
