It has been interesting to follow Brødrene's reviews over the past few years. It seems like there are very divided opinions about the bakery's ability and/or the daily form fluctuates greatly from day to day. Today we set out to try the bakery for the first time and we end up with a score in the middle of the spectrum. We bought sourdough buns that were good and very large, 4 pieces for 60 kr. The - for better or worse - famous almond croissant was exactly as soggy and flattened as many describe. When it also costs 38 kr., it unfortunately drags down our rating quite significantly. We hope it was the daily form and maybe give the almond croissant another chance later in the week... 🍀

We bought a pizza to go with the intention of eating it somewhere else for lunch. 2.5 hours later we finally get to a good lunch spot and our potato pizza was fantastic even though it had gotten cold. I think it takes a special kind of craftsmanship to make a pizza that is also good cold.

Pricy and not that great pastries

Unfortunately not the same good pizzas as 2 years ago. Too burnt edges, no taste. Generally boring and expensive for the quality, just practice. Also 70 min. waiting time 🤷‍♀️. We won't be back...
