Cafe K by van Noort Holbæk

Just popped in for a cup of hot cocoa. Super cozy, and delicious with cocoa with whipped cream and a Christmas mousse on top and just a little cookie. It was 110% okay. Fast service and cozy surroundings.

This must be Holbæk's coziest café. I haven't visited them all, but I don't need to look any further 😊

This is the most amazing and beautiful café in Holbæk and the surrounding area. If you're here or nearby, you should definitely go. We had two truly delicious breakfasts and great coffee, including oat milk. The quality of the food is incredible, and the homemade rolls, croissants, and cakes are especially worth trying! The café is super clean and beautifully decorated. You immediately feel at home. It's very cozy. The owner is incredibly friendly, has a heart for children, and is very, very attentive and appreciative. The staff, of course, are the same. An absolute stroke of luck: We met the owner's friend, Kimmie Munkholm, in this café. She has just published her knitting book in German. On YouTube, she shows you how to knit in a very easy and understandable way. For anyone who knits and reads about it, just check it out and get the book! My daughter even received the first copy of the book with a dedication, along with some wool from the owner that she no longer needed. We are absolutely enchanted by the warmth, the delicious food, and the wonderful Danish atmosphere in this café. Sometimes they also offer delicacies off the menu; just ask.

I had a perfect birthday lunch made even more special by the presentation of a Danish flag to celebrate 🥳 I chose the Laksesalat, and my husband had the Smoothie Bowl. There were so many interesting ingredients to enjoy in the salad and the Smoothie Bowl was so fresh. Friendly staff added to the perfect meal.
