Wonderful cozy spot in the heart of Ribe! Cafe Sallys is a real gem right in the center of Ribe. The location is perfect — super central with beautiful views toward the cathedral, making it ideal for starting/ending a day exploring the historic town. The place itself is so nice and welcoming the moment you step in. The staff is genuinely friendly and makes you feel right at home, creating that perfect Danish hygge atmosphere with its charming historic building, and relaxed vibe. If you’re in Ribe, definitely stop by Cafe Sallys.

We had breakfast here as a couple and paid about €32 including drinks. With the breakfast menu, you can take as much bread as you like – the absolute best thing here is the sourdough bread. It's the best bread I've ever had in my life, and we Germans love bread! 🤣🙏🏼 It's also a very cute shop with various board games, perfect for enjoying a delicious coffee or cake while you eat.
