Rarely have I used such a clean and friendly rest area 👍👍😘 but a long wait at the ticket office 👎

I am a daily customer at this Circle K, and it is usually my regular stop on the way. On this occasion, there was a payment system issue and only cash was accepted. I did not have cash with me. I asked if there was any possible exception or alternative solution, including paying the following day or borrowing/purchasing a simple painkiller to the staff due to a strong headache. The interaction was very limited. The responses were consistently short and negative (“no”), without explanation or any attempt to check with colleagues or provide context. I fully understand that staff must follow store policy, especially regarding payment and products, but the communication felt unusually rigid and impersonal given that I am a regular customer. After this, I went to a nearby Shell station, where I ended up making my purchase and had a noticeably better overall experience. The main issue here was not the policy itself, but the lack of basic customer-oriented communication. My overall experience has been positive and I usually receive professional service, which is why I am giving 4 stars.

Shower available 30 mins, warm water, generally clean. Staff was excellent. Overall, everything was fine.

I was pleasantly surprised by the selection and the price.

Overall, the station is very nice, with plenty of space. It would be 5 stars, the shower is okay, just one cubicle. 30 kroner, but a big downside is that it only takes 5 minutes to insert a coin. Others offer 8 minutes.
