Dém café & restaurant Glostrup

26/05/2026: Was invited to a birthday party here. I have tried Flammen on Ro's Torv in Roskilde a few times before, so I knew that the food was delicious and plentiful (buffet). The location in Glostrup does not have quite the same cozy decor, which is probably partly dictated by the limitations of the lease. We sat in the part that was furthest from the main road, and it seemed a bit cafeteria-style, not very cozy. Likewise, the buffet perhaps lacked an extra waiter to keep an eye on the cleanliness of the sauce spoons, and in general just a little more attention so that the buffet looked delicious and inviting all the time, not just filling up, but also wiping it down, and picking up around the dishes. There is nothing to complain about either the taste and quality of the food, or the service at the tables. The boys at the meat buffet (the ones who cut and distributed meat) did a great job too.

20/05/2026: Visited Restaurant Flammen in Copenhagen with friends and really enjoyed the evening. The meat was fresh and perfectly cooked, the salad bar had many choices and the staff stayed kind and relaxed even during the dinner rush. Definitely coming back
