We dropped in for a glass of wine on a Saturday afternoon and were tempted by a tapas platter, which was really nice by the way. We ordered but had to leave our wine untouched in the end, as it took a long time for our tapas to arrive. When the board finally arrived, he apologized and explained that he was alone. 2 things could have saved it…if we had been informed from the start that it would take a long time, so we were prepared, he would have helped or he had just brought the bottle and “topped” our glass, it would have been a completely different experience. There are so many wine bars in Copenhagen and it is the extra service that often makes us come back.
