The brioche is really good, and so is the tea. They have seating inside, which is definitely a plus!

I lived in this neighborhood for a few years and visited this café every single day. The staff is super friendly, the baked goods are delicious and the coffee was always made to perfection. They are very busy most days, so it was always fun to find a spot near the window and watch people come and go. Highly recommend!

Great coffee, delicious cinnamon rolls, and other sweet pastries. Four tables outside—perfect for sunbathing—and a few more inside. Highly recommended! Plus, Nyhavn is just down the street.

I went to Emmerys on a recommendation for the cinnamon rolls and was unfortunately very disappointed. They were dry and nothing special for us; we've had better at home. The double cortado was delicious, so it gets a second star. The staff was friendly but very slow. So, unfortunately, only three stars for everything, and I think you can get good coffee elsewhere...

Hanzō - Restaurant Østerbro

22/12/2025: We visited Hanzo on Saturday, and it was a really good experience all the way through. The service in particular deserves great praise. Our waiter had an impressive overview, was extremely pleasant and clearly very skilled. She was present without being intrusive and handled everything with a calm and confident approach, which created a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere at the table. You can clearly feel when a waiter has experience and respect for both the guests and the place – and she did. It made the visit significantly better and more complete. The place can definitely be recommended, and we will definitely come again.
28/11/2025: It’s a good place to go if you want something Asian in Østerbro, staff is nice food is good and cocktails are delicious. Dessert was okay though, was my least favorite from 10 dishes.
