Fuldstændig vidunderlig stemningfuld og smagsfuld rustik café som vi fandt i 2024 ved et tilfælde. Det blev til besøg hver aften i den uge vi var på Bornholm hvor vi nød skøn kaffe og G&T og ikke mindst den smagfulde indretning og stemning. Håber snart at gentage fornøjelsen

Åhhhh Fabers, du kan, vil og gør det hele og lidt til. Så velindrettet, så smagfuldt og så gennemført et sted i hjertet af Allinge. En sommeraften bliver ikke smukkere eller hyggeligere end her. Tak for at vinde vores hjerter igen og igen med lækre cocktails, skøn musik og vidunderlig stemning.

Ohhhh Fabers, you can, will and do it all and then some. So well-decorated, so tasteful and so complete a place in the heart of Allinge. A summer evening doesn't get more beautiful or cozy than here. Thank you for winning our hearts over and over again with delicious cocktails, great music and a wonderful atmosphere.

16/08/2025: Considering that we arrived late and the kitchen was kept open because of us, the food was excellent and the service was top notch. 4 stars turned into three because we were unaware that we were given an invalid 100 kr note as change.

10/07/2025: We stayed 2 nights in June at this hotel. So, it's like traveling back in time, in every way! Good old-fashioned, personal and present service. The room was cozy, good beds, shower and facilities. We had a view of the sea which also means towards the road here. It is a bit busy so we had to keep the window closed at night. The breakfast was simple, but very good bread. One morning it was empty of several things, such as cold cuts and fruit. Maybe because of the many guests, but it would have been nice to have more frequent refills. Had an absolutely fantastic 5-course dinner here with a service that was personal and present. A small positive surprise for us was the piano player during dinner which made the atmosphere even better. Each dish was carefully accompanied and we enjoyed each dish including the fantastic bread. They told us that they are opening a swimming pool (and spa?) in the summer. Hopefully they will also keep the good, old-fashioned style they have just with an extra offer. We have no doubt, we will return here!
09/07/2025: Was only there for coffee and cake but was greeted by such a nice energy from the staff that the place gets a 5.
