An okay place, but honestly, not a great one. The kitchen closes every day for an hour from 15:30 to 16:30. While this may be their regular routine, it can be quite inconvenient for customers, especially tourists visiting with limited time. Perhaps adjusting the opening hours or finding another way to accommodate this break would make the experience more customer-friendly. The pastas were good, but nothing exceptional. We tried them expecting more and found them just okay. The vodka pasta is also no longer on the menu, which was a bit disappointing. The tiramisu was average as well—nothing particularly memorable. Overall, it’s good to try once if you’re nearby, but personally, I wouldn’t go back.

The pasta was beautifully cooked and generously sauce.. The anchovies were salty and my mouth did periodically turn into the Sahara. Perhaps rescue water could have been come 5 min earlier.

Excellent Italian pasta! A short menu, but with high-quality ingredients expertly prepared by the Italian chef. Very attentive service and a pleasant atmosphere. I recommend the focaccia, carbonara, and tiramisu.

Such delicious pasta, absolutely fantastic! Super friendly staff and a cool atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Great Al dente pasta. Like we say in Spanish BBB (bueno bonito y barato - good, nice and cheap) Carbonara didn’t look like carbonara, I think it had cream and lacking egg yolk

I really appreciated that the staff made an effort to find a table for us even though the waiting list was already closed. That was a very kind gesture and gave me a great first impression. The food was alright, especially the vodka pasta, and the prices are very reasonable. The focaccia was also nice, and overall the value for money is definitely a strong point. However, I felt like the pasta dishes were not exactly authentically Italian. The atmosphere was pleasant and lively, with a nice energy. However, it did not feel especially memorable or cozy, and there was some room for improvement in creating an even more inviting atmosphere. I understand that the restaurant was busy and that mistakes can happen — that is part of running a restaurant. Unfortunately, the service experience was still a bit mixed. Our dishes did not arrive at the same time, the service was quite slow, and I received a different dish than the one I ordered. The waiter was genuinely apologetic and kind, and I appreciated that he took responsibility for the mistake. The mistake was also handled fairly by removing the dish from the bill. However, after apologizing, when he noticed that I had eaten the dish anyway, he commented that it seemed like it was not too bad after all. The comment was made in a friendly way with a nervous laugh, and I understand that he likely meant well. However, the response felt slightly like it moved away from acknowledging my disappointment. I then immediately explained that I still would have preferred the dish I originally ordered. It did not feel like a matter of bad intentions, but rather that the situation could have been handled with a little more professional communication and a stronger focus on making the guest feel fully understood. I also found it difficult at times to get the staff’s attention, as I often had to actively try to make eye contact instead of being checked on proactively. The bread was served nicely warm the first time, but the second time it was only lukewarm. I also understand that the kitchen being closed limited what could be done in the moment. However, a small goodwill gesture, such as a discount or something towards a future visit, would have made a big difference. It is often these small actions that make guests feel truly valued and turn a disappointing moment into a positive memory. Overall, a place with good food, fair prices, and friendly intentions. I enjoyed parts of the experience, but the service needs more attention and consistency to fully match the quality of the food.

Been here several times over the many years since they’ve been open. Have always had to wait, but with good company and a couple of bars across the street, time seems to pass quickly even when we’ve had to wait over an hour (just keep an eye on the waiting list, because once they skip you, you’re out). The food is really the highlight - simple yet scrumptious. Can’t recommend the carbonara enough — just disgustingly delicious.
