Best food quality/price I have had in the Nordic countries. Meat was mostly great, good variety to choose from, sides were alright.

Had a birthday party. Had booked a table, but it was a mistake in their system. Difficult to get a table, but we managed. Should have asked for a flag on the table. Had booked for 7:30 pm and the buffet was not replenished while we were there. Young people who were supposed to serve meat and keep the buffet updated were standing in the kitchen chatting and laughing instead. At our table we were served by the first nice girl who took our order. She said she was our waitress. We didn't see her again, as she was assigned to another task. The next two girls also took turns to ask if everything was good or if we needed anything. When this happens 9 times and the same thing is asked, it gets a bit tedious. And there is pressure to close the buffet at 8:30 pm and it is not being filled up and the ice cream machine is about to close, unfortunately this time it will only be 3 stars. There is room for a management change and a new style before the spiral closes the establishment...

The food is good, generally good quality. And since it's a buffet, you can choose what you want from what you don't want. The service is mostly top notch. They have a few employees who seem either very new or a little lacking in commitment, but this is offset by the many very efficient and professional ones. Unfortunately, we were seated next to some very loud men who didn't quite understand that there were others in the restaurant as well. And when some went outside to smoke, the smell blew directly into where we were sitting. The waiters tried to solve the problem with the loud people, but without success, and they were very responsive to the problem with the cigarette smell. So we're sure they'll find a future solution. Unfortunately, a lady we met outside had to leave in vain because she hadn't booked a table. She was visiting from the US, so it was a bit of a shame that they couldn't find a seat for her.
