Delicious food, nice atmosphere and beautiful surroundings when you sit outside. However, the staff seems very stressed, not welcoming, and does not speak properly/nicely to the customers

I was walking the park at dusk when I saw this place all alight. I had to visit just to see what it was. To my pleasant surprise I found the most cozy little cafe. I had the best hot chocolate so far in Copenhagen and sat outside in the enclosed seating area. Even though it was 0° with the candles and settee, it was a beautiful and calm experience. The staff is friendly and the entire cafe just exudes warmth and caring. Highly recommend, especially in the evening.

Well, it was very cozy but a bit fake. I felt there was too little room for fun and games.
