It was a very young staff who didn't know their own menu properly.

A really nice place in Roskilde with a good combination of café and brasserie. The food was tasty and nicely presented, and there was good variety on the menu. The staff were attentive without being intrusive. All in all a good experience

Delicious food and super good service

A wonderful experience. We arrived 30 min. before our table reservation, but were still welcomed and shown a table. The waiter was friendly and accommodating and we felt welcome. As it was Saturday around lunchtime, the restaurant was busy, which could also be felt in the atmosphere. But the waiters handled this very well, and did not stress around. The restaurant had a nice and bright interior without being too minimalist. We ordered coffee and hot chocolate which - although it took a while to be served - were super delicious - both get 5 out of 5 stars. Their signature burger with side dishes gets 5 out of 5 stars. Juicy steak without the bun being soggy, the fries deliciously crispy and not soggy. In addition to the burger, we ordered a Caesar salad. Whether there was more salad or chicken is difficult to judge, it could almost fly by itself - it gets 4 out of 5 stars, not because it didn't taste good, but the chicken was just too "wet". We look forward to another visit.

A really cozy place with a really delicious brunch.

The brunch was very abundant and satisfying, with generous portions. The staff was attentive and friendly, although the service was a bit slow at times. The place can get quite noisy, especially during busy hours, but overall it was a pleasant experience and worth visiting for brunch.
