I had an excellent experience with Glostrup Park Hotel, even though I was unable to stay there. I had to cancel my reservation at the last minute due to my son’s illness, and the hotel was extremely understanding and compassionate throughout the entire process. They cancelled the reservation free of charge, showing genuine empathy and outstanding customer service. I’m very grateful for their flexibility and kindness. It’s clearly a hotel that truly cares about its guests. As soon as I’m able to travel, I will definitely stay there. Highly recommended!

My only serious problem was that there was a party on the Saturday night I was there, and the music was so loud that the walls and the door was literally trembling. Fortunately, they finished at midnight. Otherwise, the room was really very quiet. The room, the bed, the pillows were convenient, and the staff extremely helpful. Breakfast is served in a beautiful separate building. The warm food and greens choice could be wider, but it was OK; sweet breakfast food was of a very rich selection.

Glostrup Park Hotel is a place where you quickly notice a pleasant calm and a professional approach to guests. I have both stayed there and participated in a private event, and the experience was consistently positive. The staff – both at the reception, the restaurant and other areas – appeared welcoming, present and very service-minded. There was a natural calm in their way of working, which was contagious throughout the stay. The rooms are functional and well-equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including clean towels, soap in dispensers, water glasses, iron and ironing board and minibar. The bathroom appeared clean and hygienic, which provides a good sense of security as a guest. The hotel's restaurant is pleasantly decorated in a calm and stylish atmosphere. At our event, we were a larger group, which was located in a screened-off area, which was very professionally arranged and provided a good, undisturbed experience. We were served a well-planned 3-course menu at the table under the theme “Friday in La Cocotte”, which also included Business Class accommodation. A special experience is the hotel’s orangery, where the breakfast buffet is served. Here there is a fine balance between aesthetics and functionality – the buffet is invitingly arranged, and the staff continuously ensures that it is replenished with fresh ingredients, bread and fruit. The selection of drinks is varied, including coffee, tea and small ginger shots. From the orangery there is access to a terrace with a view of the surrounding park, which creates a very beautiful and relaxing setting for the breakfast meal. In the hotel’s foyer there are good opportunities to sit undisturbed, and the facilities are generally well-maintained – including toilet facilities on the ground floor and the possibility of luggage storage in connection with the reception. There is also access to exercise facilities and the possibility of a sauna, where aromatherapy and heat create a relaxing experience. The hotel is easily accessible with good parking facilities close to the entrance, including disabled parking. The location near the highway makes it easy to get to and from, and public transportation such as S-trains and buses are within a short distance, with quick connections to Copenhagen. Overall, it is a hotel that I would gladly recommend for both stays and events if you are looking for a quiet atmosphere combined with good facilities and friendly service.

Good stay good food but chilly where we ate

Very nice and quiet hotel. It is a bit out of the center, but worth staying there. For Danish standards, it is value for money.
