Habesha Restaurant Holbæk

First time I taste Ethiopian food. Super interesting experience. The food was delicious and exciting! When we entered the restaurant we were asked if we had tasted Ethiopian food before. We were told about the food and how to eat it correctly. Also about what is in it and how to make it. Lovely welcome, and great that they are so informative. Super sweet service. Clean place, and nicely decorated. Definitely an experience!

Was surprised to see an Ethiopian restaurant in Holbæk, but the food is amazing. I have tried lots of Ethiopian food and this is the best. The owner is lovely and very passionate about Ethiopian food and culture, which was nice. I would recommend it to everyone.

Simply such a lovely experience. There were four of us out to eat and we chose the Habesha special menu, vegetarian, which is a share between two people. It tasted really good, huge recommendation from here. At first glance it doesn't seem like much, but the restaurant owner is very welcoming and friendly, and the food is delicious! :-)

I loved the food here and the owner was so sweet! You can tell he is really interested in the dishes. It was my first time having Ethiopian food and he made the experience really nice! It was very healthy and good.

We had an amazing experience. The food was fantastic and very reasonably priced. I can also recommend getting the “Habesha” beer as it went well with the food. The staff and atmosphere was also amazing. We got to have a conversation with the owner and his son, and it was clear that the place is being run by warm and dedicated people. For anyone visiting Holbæk, this is a must go destination
