Arrived without booking and was lucky to get seats at the bar downstairs. The food took a while to arrive but when they did- they were all very tasty. We had sweet and sour pork and the duck was perfectly crispy skin and tender on the inside. Various dim sum dumplings were handmade and the wrappings tender with generous fillings. Highly recommended.

A very welcoming and lively restaurant. Smiling and energetic servers. The food was delicious despite a short wait for the crispy chicken. A must-try restaurant for a first visit to Copenhagen! I highly recommend it. The atmosphere is even better in the downstairs restaurant!

23/08/2026: We have tried some instagram and Michelin guide recommendations and to be frank, this was the best food we had in Copenhagen. Simple concept, great ingredients, and very tasty hot dogs. We tried the classic one and we highly recommend it!
16/08/2026: After a week in Copenhagen eating in many great places including some fine dining restaurants, the sausage and the meatball sandwich was easily the best lunch we had.

16/08/2026: We had an absolute lovely dinner last night at Ripotot. The staff was incredible, super friendly and so attentive. The chefs presented us with a wonderful 10 course sharing menu. We loved every single dish and will be dreaming about the cheese soufflé, the catch of the day and the donut for dessert. It was such an amazing mix of flavours and different dishes and every single one was done so well. They were also incredibly accommodating to my grapefruit intolerance. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this restaurant :)
