A very good bakery! They don't have a huge selection, but what they do make is excellent. The rolls and bread are still fresh even after three days. The pastries are delicious too. We are very satisfied and grateful!

Great bakery, sourdough bread. I've tried two varieties so far, and they're fantastic. The filled pastries and croissants are all delicious. Just try them, you can't go wrong. This is real bakery quality.

Hands down the best sourdough breads on the island. We were there every other day for ten days getting a few loafs for our family of six. We would eat half the bread before we would get back to the car. It’s so so yummy. Super nice peanut butter cookies, we got sorta addicted. They also serve good espresso. Definitely put this bakery on your bread map in Bornholm. Friendly and helpful staff which also speak English. Highly recommended.

04/09/2026: We come in with 2 children aged 1 and 3, not the norm at a wine bar. But we were welcomed and seated perfectly shielded in the corner. You order at the bar, it works perfectly. The staff are incredibly nice and chatty, drinks are brought to you right away. The food came quickly and tasted really nice! We were offered more main courses and bread if we were extra hungry. The other guests were incredibly nice and the atmosphere was buzzing and wonderful. Really good acoustics for so many people in a small room. All in all, a perfect evening, we were so happy and grateful for the experience when we went home, we will definitely go back when we set foot in Gudhjem again.
