Homemade Durum - with lamb and hummus. Reasonable prices, good taste and friendly staff!

In my opinion, the absolute best kebab on Amager. Their lamb kebab durum is completely unique and tastes fantastic. Juicy meat, good chili and efficient service. The decor is exactly what you would expect from a kebab shop – nothing special, but that doesn't matter when the food is this good. The only thing missing to reach 10 stars is freshly baked bread. I visited Kebabistan on Amagerbrogade and ordered a homemade pita with lamb and homemade chili sauce – and it was truly a pleasure from the first bite! The pita was freshly baked and soft, but still with a little crispness on the edge. The lamb was tender, juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the strong chili gave just the right amount of heat that lifts the flavor without overwhelming it. You can clearly feel that they use fresh ingredients and have a handle on their craft. The portion was generous, and the service was both fast and friendly, even though it was busy. All in all, a super delicious experience – a place I will definitely come back to the next time I feel like having real, tasty kebab. Highly recommended to anyone who appreciates quality and flavor! 🌯🔥
