The bakery is an absolute highlight of Christianshavn. It's conveniently located right next to the metro and beautifully decorated in a Danish style, with plenty of seating and a view of the canal.
Furthermore, the selection of Danish and German specialties is fantastic. The sweet and savory dishes are all beautifully presented, and after our thorough testing, we found them all to be delicious and reasonably priced.

It’s great for chilling out and also for studying! I tried ıced blueberry matcha latte and it was absolutely phenomenal, the best matcha ı have ever had! ( I had 3 of them just in 2 days). And I also tried the pastry with pistachio and raspberries it was also so good. Definitely recommended a hidden gem in Copenhagen!

One of many Lagkagehuset's dotted around the city. This one is located near the Christianshavn and serves a vast array of food and beverages. Reasonably priced and places to sit in the shop should you desire.

Excellent
If I had to find a flaw: the place doesn't have a bathroom, or maybe I didn't see one.
You have to take a number to be served.

This was our first stop where we wanted to try legendary dannish pastry...and we were dissapointed. It looked good so we ordered 3 pieces, but were unable to eat them all since they were really bad. There are many better options for the pastry, I would not come back.

A great spot to stop for a quick coffee or sweet treat. The rhubarb bun and peach iced tea were both excellent, and the price was good. It’s conveniently right by the metro stop and there’s pretty spots to sit by the canal right outside.

This review is just for the food, I did not try the coffee. The beef sandwich, as well as the hummus & avocado one were absolutely delicious. The Spandauer also delicious. I had it outside of Denmark several times and I did not expect much of a difference, but it was tastier. If you come in July, like I did, you can enjoy the food by an open window with a direct view of the canals.
