16/08/2026: Hi Vivaldi I stopped by today with a friend to have a cup of coffee and have a good time. The coffee tasted really good, but unfortunately the overall experience was not quite what we had hoped for. When we got our coffee, a lot of coffee had spilled onto the plate, and the sugar was almost smeared into the coffee. Of course, that can happen, but we were a little surprised that no new plate, napkin or even a small apology was offered. In addition, there were leftovers and tableware on the old tables for a long time, which eventually attracted seagulls, who walked around the tables and ate the leftovers. It was not very appetizing to look at, and we missed the staff reacting to it. I am not writing this to be negative, but because I really think it is a shame. The coffee was good, and we had been looking forward to a nice time with you. I therefore hope that you will take the feedback on board so that the experience can be better for other guests.
15/08/2026: Way too long waiting times. Close to 40 minutes after ordering for the food to arrive. The burger my boyfriend got was good, my club sandwich was dry. It showed that the kitchen was busy.

18/08/2026: I generally like Carls Jr. The noise level is usually a lot lower than other fast food chains. The last time we were there the music was very loud. However, the staff turned it down when I asked nicely. The food is usually good and hot when it is delivered. Lately the quality has fluctuated. I hope it will be better next time.
15/07/2026: The restaurant itself feels really bland, and is almost empty at most times of day. The interior design is uninspired and the seating wasn't very comfortable. It was decently dirty around the place, and the tray I got my food on had several cheese stains on it. Quite difficult to miss, and it makes me question the quality control in there. The food was a mixed bag. I got a veggie burger, on a whole grain bun, crinkle cut fries, and chili cheese nuggets. The burger? Quite good, it felt freshly made, probably because very few people order vegetarian food at such a meat-focused locale, so there weren't any old ones to serve me. The fries and the nuggets however were... Well, I didn't finish either. They were either air fried or simply oven baked, assumedly from frozen. And that does NOT make for a good texture. The flavour of both were also horribly bland. The staff were nice, I have no complaints. They delivered my food to me at my seat, which was pleasant.
