This is the most delicious gluten-free bread I have ever tasted.

Love the bread. I am critical of the way it is shipped. Despite purchasing a frost element for 20 kr (if you do not purchase a frost element, the frozen product is shipped without it), the frozen product is shipped in a cardboard box and lightly wrapped in bubble wrap. Regardless of how well a frost element is placed in the box, it cannot stay frozen in a cardboard box during the time from the company to the transport center and on to the delivery location. I picked up my package as soon as it was delivered to the parcel shop and both the frost element and the bread were thawed. I know several people who have previously purchased from Løvegården who experience similar challenges, even when purchasing 2 frost elements and regardless of the season. It would be better to ship the products in a small flamingo box.
