Mr. Ramen København

The tonkotsu ramen is absolutely delicious. The location is also very easy to find - it's right next to Tivoli. The service is also very good. It's definitely worth recommending.

The edamame was slightly overcooked. The gyoza was more fried and crispy than I expected, so the texture felt a little different from a classic gyoza. The chicken tsukemen was average; the broth didn’t have much depth or flavor for me. The tempura shrimp, however, was really good.

The ramen was good, but could have been a bit spicier. There could also have been more toppings. Overall, solid.

We just arrived into Copenhagen this morning and decided to check out this casual Ramen place near our hotel for a quick lunch. We ordered Tonkotsu Ramen and it was yummy. The broth was rich and flavorful with generous amount of noodle and char siu. This is a small shop where you order and paid for the food at the counter (friendly) and then they bring it to your table when ready.

The Tonkotsu was super delicious: mild but flavorful broth that you just want to drink, fall-apart-tender chu-shu and good noodles with spring onions and an egg. 100% recommend BUT the vegan ramen wasn't great. If you come here, you should try the Tonkotsu Ramen.

I recommend it to everyone. It was very, very tasty. We didn't have to wait long. Clean and welcoming.
