Flor provided excellent service! She recommended different coffee options based on my preferences and helped me set up/synchronize my Nespresso account. She also offered me a coffee that was absolutely delicious. I truly value this level of customer service — attentive, helpful, and welcoming. Great service - offered me coffee and provided me with more that I expected

There is a dark-haired girl employee who, for the second time, I have visited the store within a month, is arrogant and not service-minded. She does not care about her customers' experience. You can ask her for a cup of coffee, she makes it and puts it away, and then she is gone again and you have to talk from a distance when you want to ask her a question. Your young male colleagues are super nice, and accommodating and focused on their customers having a good experience and are available and do not just stand behind the cash register and do not care. They ask if you want milk or if they can help with something. She should not work in a Nespresso store where customer experience is highly valued!

Fantastic service experience today at Fields. I went in with lots of questions about coffee, coffee beans, flavor profiles and the difference between Nespresso and a real espresso machine and received an incredibly professional walkthrough from Noah in the store. He took 15–20 minutes to educationally answer all my questions, let me try different flavors and really explained how to think about coffee and equipment depending on what you like. Very knowledgeable, committed and at the same time genuinely nice. You notice a big difference when someone is actually passionate about what they work with. Thank you Noah for a really good experience, it is much appreciated.
