Phoenix Running Sushi Gentofte

Ordered incorrectly online and had to reorder. The staff was really nice to guide me. The food was also good.

We were welcomed by a friendly and persistent waiter who was very keen for us to just ask if there was anything. There wasn't. It's running sushi and I ate 25 plates without unbuttoning my pants. It was a big day but not a record. Far from a record. I was surprised but fascinated to see sushi with what I think was creamy strawberry jam on it.. I was sitting comfortably in my chair and hadn't brought: wallet, crappy shoes, watch faces, shoulder screws, cardboard icons, video, soap squirrel, autocad, pants with an owl logo, pants without an owl logo, geographic north pole, typical pants, all the books, balls, ball, angle and bags. I didn't bring many other things either. Not even baked goods.

My husband and I have eaten here a few times. And we really like it.

We have ordered take-away from here many times but last night they went completely wrong. The food came almost 40 minutes late (and we were not informed about it, we had to call ourselves and ask where the food went) and then a tray with two rolls was missing (we ordered the large Phoenix menu (120 pieces) as well as a few extra rolls. And a lot of the sushi fell apart when you tried to pick up the pieces. Really poor - they have accepted too many orders and been too busy.

Brilliant place with the friendliest staff (the young chef is always so friendly!). The food is delicious, the price is good and the service is top notch. It's the best place in town and we go there often
