If you really wanna try traditional Danish food this is the best one !! Operated by the owner! You must try !!!

Unfortunately, the staff were very unfriendly and inattentive. After we’d already been waiting 15 minutes to place our order, I went inside and said we were ready. The only reply was: “Yes, yes, I’ll be right with you.” We then had to wait another 10 minutes or so. As no one still came to attend to us, we eventually left without eating there. Very disappointing service. The food looked alright, though.

Perfect traditional Danish food. It was like visiting Copenhagen during the 1930's (Watch the "Matador" tv show to know what I mean).

I love me some good ol’ Danish “mormormad” we walked past Fridas and ate here quite spontaneously, and both me and my friend were quite happy and full when we left. I had an Engelsk Bøf, something I haven’t had for quite some time I must admit, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was cooked nicely, the onions on top were delicious and as a whole it was good. I really don’t have anything to complain about. The service was also quite nice too so just a good experience here, you get exactly what you expect.

The waitress highly recommended the meat loaf. It was good for winter, quite tasty with the jam but a bit heavy. Soda was 38, not as bad as 76 for water as some reviews mentioned. They didn't have a drink menu.

As a Dutch person, I haven't been impressed by the service anywhere in Copenhagen, but this was the only little restaurant where we were treated very kindly and well. For the main course, I had the school fish (fish of the day), which was very tasty. For dessert, I had the cheese board, and my mouth is still watering when I think of the plums they served with the brie (with steeped schnitzels and herbs). I recommend everyone enjoy a meal at this rather quiet little restaurant!

Cozy place with great service and food was good. Portions on the larger size, would have been enough with half size for me and daughter. Would go here again!
