I ordered the schnitzel, and I have to say, I haven't had such a good one in a long time. About 35cm long and 3cm thick, I've never seen one in the Netherlands. And then there's the price: schnitzel with fried potatoes and green peas plus two beers is a good price in Copenhagen. So I say TOP 👍

We were a group of men who were out on Friday night and had booked a table at the restaurant club We got a long table on the first floor, a cozy place where we could sit and enjoy ourselves as we all had roast pork except for one who had a mince steak and we managed to get a team of beers running the evening, good service from all the staff and the owner was also happy that we came and enjoyed ourselves in her premises. The sauce was just like our mother used to make in the old days, you could take the bottle with you and then the sauce would run off our whole body. I can only recommend the restaurant club and we will be back again, a big five for our part.

Had an all-you-can-eat crispy pork belly at Restaurant Klubben, where everything feels warmly traditional Danish with charming local décor. The pork belly was perfectly crisp and satisfying. However, I felt a bit let down when I asked for a second round but was quietly ignored. Perhaps they thought I’d had enough 😂 and was ready to leave! #danishcuisine #copenhagen #denmark

Lovely Danish restaurant with classic Danish food, sandwiches and not least their fried pork and parsley root, it's delicious and tastes like mom's cooking.. Can only be recommended

Super friendly and accommodating staff. They were pretty booked for the whole evening, but still found a place for us Didn't really have any expectations when I walked in, but liked the checkered dove. We were both very full, and I had to ask a waiter to remove the plates and dishes as I just sat there and kept snacking. The only bad thing was the bluetooth system that played music from the bar. I could have done without that as it took too much of my focus. Hope they can get a system to blow soft music throughout the restaurant instead, at some point. Would love to visit the place again

31/12/2025: Everything is top quality, everything from the food to the service. If there is a mistake, it is promptly corrected without complaint or mistrust. Have been coming here for over 15 years and can highly recommend the restaurant for both take away, delivery and eating in the restaurant.
21/12/2025: Went there again for my favorit drink, Aka Haru, and something light to go with it. Had some Kinoko Korokke (mushrooms in mashed potatoes) and Bimi Tempura (battered depfried Broccoli), and it was all delicious, as always! --- I went there for lunch with my wife on a Sunday, and it was as good as expected, ie. very good! We hadn't booked, but they had reasonable tables available, and the service was very helpful. We had a Mixed Emotions with addition of a set of Wagyu nigiri. I got a glass of white wine and my wife selected a cup of macha. The Wagyu nigiri was well made, with a crispy top that was new to me, but an interesting touch. The rest of the menu was well made with fresh ingredients, but I was intrigued by the Kani Cream Korokke, which was very creamy and very tasty! I will definitely go there again, to explore more of their menu. Went by them today, 2.March 2025, to taste their Special Cocktail, Aka Haru (Japanese for Red Spring), which I had seen advertised and includes using Macallan 12 year whisky. I can definitely recommend it! It has a beautiful balance of fresh and sweet, with the whisky giving it a slight edge. I could savour it and enjoyed it together with some selected snacks, as it is difficult to not try something from their menu. I chose Bimi Tempura and Ramu Niku, and it was delicious!

05/09/2025: The coffee is delicious. You can always rely on it. The atmosphere is cozy. I'd be happy to come back.
29/08/2025: An interesting corner with the illusion of a library, where you can have a good coffee in peace. Otherwise, the toilets in the basement are inadequate, without toilet paper and the cleanliness is not very good either.
