Delicious food and a really good concept. The service was perfect, the food was described in depth and good help in matching drinks to the food. A reasonable price for a good experience.

Wonderful experience, with fantastic food.

One of the best all-round experiences in a very long time! Food is absolutely beautifully and creatively done- I mean it takes a very very masterful mind to make spring onion the centre of a dish and do it amazingly well! Cocktails were stunning. The service was friendly. The ambience was great. I can’t say enough good things about it. One less star on service as it was a bit hard to get someone’s attention when it got busy and there could have been a bit more protein option- essentially had fish for the starter and chicken for main but other dishes were mostly vegetables. But overall very very pleased with the experience!

All in all a wonderful experience. This is the first time we have tried their concept, and certainly not the last. The food was tasty, and the composition of the ingredients was at a very high level! Beautiful interior of the restaurant, good service and a find for the price!

Totally surprising food, a true delight for the eyes and taste buds. There were 4 of us and we didn't know what to expect or what to eat. 😀 But it was really delicious. The wine was good, the food and the service top class. Can only recommend from here. Thank you for a great experience 😀

Super good place, and delicious concept Nögen runs with. "Waste/surplus" goods are recycled in this wonderful restaurant. No menu. That's why you never know what you're going to eat, as it varies day by day, what the kitchen gets to Lene the dishes with. Mam can order a ½ Nögen which means 7 dishes, or a Hel Nögen which consists of 10 dishes, everything is in as "share" dishes except the dessert. We ordered Hel Nögen which consisted of 3 snacks, 3 starters, 3 main courses and 1 dessert. All tasty and executed gourmet-like, and presented by the chef who was responsible for the preparation. And then at an extremely reasonable price.

A treat for the palate! A different and thoroughly delicious dining experience. The taste, texture and look are top notch and you can look forward to a pleasant and surprising culinary evening. I would definitely recommend you eat here if you haven't tried it yet.

Super good idea with the food waste concept and still serve good and tasty dishes

We visited for a special celebration and it did not disappoint. The price-to-quality ratio is fantastic, and the service is attentive and genuinely warm. The staff walks you through the dishes, which added a lot to the experience. The food itself was a pleasant surprise; some of the flavor combinations sounded unusual and complex, but they were executed perfectly. Keep in mind the menu changes depending on the ingredients available, so you won't get the exact same dishes twice, but based on our experience, I have no doubt everything will be just as good. The decor is lovely too. Highly recommend!
