Very nice bakery with very good breads and pastries. But no coffee. They have a terrible coffee machine, tastes really cheap and boring, a shame when everything else was so tasty and good

23/08/2026: A must when visiting Christiansfeld! We originally stopped here to try the famous traditional honningkager, but everything looked so tempting that we ended up having a second breakfast - which probably says enough about how much we liked this place! The cakes and pastries are delicious, and of course trying the traditional honey cakes is part of the experience when visiting Christiansfeld. It’s also a lovely place to sit down, have a coffee and enjoy something sweet rather than simply buying something to take away. A delicious stop and one of those places that makes visiting Christiansfeld even more enjoyable. Definitely don’t come here on a full stomach!
