I've been eating the same bagel every other day, but since last week the bread has been in the toaster for so long that it's burnt hard and thin like a cucumber slice. The employees don't care while they make the sandwich.

13/06/2026: Japanese original Sushi. Unsurpassed quality in today's Copenhagen. Back to the roots. Take Away with own orders enjoyed more than 20 times. Get flashbacks to Denmark's first Sushi place, Højbro Fiskehus, (near Christiansborg), where Keiko Henriksen - a classically trained (7 years of apprenticeship!) Sushi chef - held court for the Danish elite, who wrote tributes to Keiko hung on the walls. The same standard is Isamii Sushi in Valby!
