Great vibe, classy and warm atmosphere. Christian behind the bar is very friendly and handed out more recommendations then you can ever bargain for. Got recommended by a close friend and I can understand why. Would love to come back during winter when the downstairs is open. 10/10 just a classy place

Wandered in with no reservation on a Friday based on the recommendation of the waiter at a restaurant nearby, and we had some of the best cocktails I’ve tried anywhere on earth. The house espresso martini was fabulous (signed, a gal with an espresso martini literally tattooed on my arm), the bramble a great interpretation on a classic, but the real standout for us was the Golden Slumber, an orange gin, vanilla, and lime masterpiece scented with saffron. It is not a budget destination, but for crafted drinks in a beautiful setting, Ruby is an essential Copenhagen experience.
