On a quiet stretch of Bredgade, Salon delivers a dining experience grounded in classical technique and exceptional raw ingredients. Tradition is refined rather than reinvented — from elevated Danish lunch dishes to French classics wrapped in butter-rich pastry. The signature dish, Hvalen, captures the restaurant’s ethos perfectly. The room itself feels like its name suggests — a place for conversation, art, and connection. Danish artworks line the walls, candles soften the space, and the service is confident without ever feeling formal. Salon sets a standard, a place where food, wine, art, and atmosphere meet in calm harmony.

Everything is exceptional! This is a truly wonderful place! The cuisine is precise, flavorful, and meticulously prepared. We can truly call it gastronomy. The wines are perfectly paired. The service is excellent, attentive, and just right. The cheese service is truly... a cheese trolley is a beautiful thing these days. This is my second visit, and I will gladly return for everything!

After visiting several restaurants with a disappointing fixed menu, we were recommended Solom, a French restaurant. The surprise began with Catherine's extraordinary service, who suggested several options, including the Pepper Steak, which I can say was the best I've ever eaten. I have to say, a must in Copenhagen.
