Nice hotel, good room and a really lovely soft bed. Check-in and check-out always took a long time, the reception was run by young people who sometimes cursed at the computer :D The breakfast was good and plentiful, but the allergy information was marked incorrectly.

Nothing more, nothing less, a perfect place to explore the city

Really enjoyed our family stay here. Awesome facilities for families/kids. They have mini golf, giant chess, petanque and some outdoor toys outside then a huge playroom, small playroom, table tennis, foosball table etc inside. Our daughter especially loved the bracelet making. Great breakfast buffet and also a separate dining room for families that served pancakes and waffles. The only downside was the later than the usual check-in time of 4pm.

This is a good place, specially since I was to work "just down the street". They where under construction, so a bit of noise was experienced, luckily not while sleeping.

Beautiful, spacious rooms. Large bathroom with plenty of storage space. Friendly staff. The location near the S-Bahn is fantastic. Two stops from the main station. However, the bathroom lacks facial tissues. The breakfast atmosphere is awful. Breakfast is only served until 10:00 a.m. on weekends. The room is so overcrowded during peak hours that, despite the good breakfast, it's no fun eating there. Everything is very cramped. If you get up from the table as a solo traveler, the table will already be cleared by the time you return. It's no fun having breakfast there, or you have to get up early. Then it's okay.

The room is clean, the toilet is barrier-free, the bed is soft, and there is central air conditioning. Asians may feel hot in the summer. There is a vending machine on the first floor selling soda drinks for about 28 kronor. There is a convenience store nearby. Ambulances pass by at night with loud sirens.

Only the breakfasts could be better, with more variety. The rest is quite efficient. The bar isn't perfect, though.

Good location when arriving by car over the bridge, large parking included. Close to the station that takes you to central Copenhagen.
