We bought a cardamom roll for 35 kr. It was a delicious dough with a quirky pattern on it. Good amount of dough. Tasted wonderfully penetrating of cardamom. One of the five best cardamom rolls I have tasted. Can only be improved with a little more “smat” (cream) in it. It is also expensive for a cardamom roll. There is self-service in the store. Hence the rating of service. 😁 Only for takeaway.

I live in the neighborhood but only managed to visit this bakery today — and I absolutely love it! 😍 The atmosphere was very cozy with such warm, family vibes. The buns are perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft and yummy on the inside. The cardamom bun was just delicious! 🤤 This will definitely be my go-to place from now on! 😊

Stopped by Skruens Bageri and had a cardamom roll, juicy and with lots of cardamom. Crispy on the edge and soft in the middle. Maybe the best in town!! 🌾🍀🌾

31/07/2026: Unfortunately, the staff were very unfriendly and inattentive. After we’d already been waiting 15 minutes to place our order, I went inside and said we were ready. The only reply was: “Yes, yes, I’ll be right with you.” We then had to wait another 10 minutes or so. As no one still came to attend to us, we eventually left without eating there. Very disappointing service. The food looked alright, though.
