Everything was five stars!! The restaurant is phenomenal. The space is very welcoming, beautiful and modern! The food was fantastic: delicious and fresh. The service was exceptional. The staff were very helpful! I highly recommend this restaurant in the center of Copenhagen!! I appreciate the way I was treated!

One of the best sushi restaurants in Copenhagen! Excellent service, and the place is beautiful. Besides the maki rolls, the appetizers are delicious, as are the cocktails. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the city!

The drinks are very good nice staff and very clean I ordered avocado and shrimp and avocado and chicken its amazing , the price is a bit expensive but its Denmark 😜✌️

Amazing place, excellent food, and the service from Rosa was unbeatable. We were delighted with her hospitality. If we return to Copenhagen, we will definitely visit the restaurant again.

18/08/2026: I have been to BRUS many times over the last few years and this place was 10/10 years ago, and somehow has gotten even better. The beers are an obvious highlight-- so many of the beers on draft are brewed on-site, and they are always excellent. Don't miss the 1-2 cask ales often available as well! They also have lots cocktails and beverages available for anyone not in to beer. Aside from drinks, their food menu is stellar. They have an open kitchen, and you can tell that there is a lot of passion behind their food, which I would say is like elevated pub food. There is a dining area, and other areas outside and by the bar-- it could easily be a spot for a dinner, or a place to meet up with friends for drinks and a casual bite. BRUS is always high on my recommendation list!
18/08/2026: A good selection of craft beers on tap. The place is big and cozy.
