Stunning place! We had wedding lunch there, the service was so nice and the food absolutely amazing! Organisation was so well done and communicated!

However, 120 kr for a bottle of water is beyond criticism.

I’m not usually a fan of smørrebrød, but these are by far the best I’ve ever tried. If I loved them, chances are you will too. The restaurant is located right next to Helsingør Station, which is beautiful in its own. The restaurant itself is charming, historic, and full of classic character. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance.

We all got 4 courses. Super experience, lovely service.

We were quite impressed to discover that a bottle of tap water for four people costs 240 DKK—more than some beverages. If this is standard practice when guests don’t order alcohol, it would be helpful to indicate it on the menu. Not everyone chooses to drink alcohol in the morning, and the surprise made the experience less enjoyable.

Overall, just an honest and super good place, in terms of food, service and atmosphere.
