Delicious vegan food - Bagels, wraps, pastries. Great coffee and friendly service.

Very good vegetarian food at really low prices. I was amazed that you could get such a high-quality meal for so little in the center of Copenhagen. On top of that, the place has a great garden in the tenement's courtyard.

Good plant-based option. Burritos, burgers and sandwiches. Reasonable portions for the price.w

Aug 5, 2026 lunch. At Vital Foods, you order at the counter, but the food is brought to the table. Personally, I feel this detracts somewhat from the experience. One person in the group stands in line to order, while the other is already seated at the table. Especially when dining out together, I like to spend that time entirely together and not have to stand in line in between courses. The courtyard, on the other hand, is very cozy. It is a nice place to sit and also pleasantly cooling when it is warm outside. We liked the food: a kind of healthy comfort food, where you feel like you are enjoying a tasty meal, yet still choose somewhat healthier options. A minor downside we found was that no fresh juices are made. Only bottled juices are available. In my opinion, fresh juices would fit the concept perfectly and complete the experience. All in all, a nice place with good food and a cozy courtyard. For me, ordering at the counter and the lack of fresh juices are the points that could still be improved.

The BEST vegan / vegetarian food we have had in Copenhagen. You can stop in for breakfast lunch or even early dinner. We were Looking for a high protein vegetarian food and we hit the jackpot.
