It’s clean and pleasant place ! Service is very hospitable . RAMEN WAS VERY TASTY, but a bit expensive )).

We were very happy to eat here and I can't really understand all the bad reviews. Yes, it was quite loud but it's a big restaurant and almost all the tables were taken as it was Saturday evening. The waitress who accompanied us to out table immediately let us know that at Wagamama the food is not automatically served at the same time for all the guests which is totally fine by me. Our waitress then was also very kind, patient and friendly. We really enjoyed our Ramen too.

Very busy but quick service. My party had a nut allergy and they took multiple precautions to minimize risk of contamination. The servers did bring us the wrong food once but they were quick to fix their mistake. The food was tasty and delicious and very generous portions. The fried chicken was a little disappointing as they used smaller bits of chicken.

The team leader was very attentive to our food allergies. We’re very grateful, thank you!

Disappointing experience. The service was very slow; it took over 25 minutes for our son's meal, even though we were almost finished. There were many mistakes and errors in the service. And no compensation was offered on the bill. It's a shame because the location and the food are always excellent.

So much better than any uk Wagamama. Portion sizes much better and reminded me of when Wagamama first opened over 30 years ago. Monte flexibility on small requests. I asked for my dish to be made spicy and they were very accommodating.

That is just one of the best places we've ever visited for dinner - friendly staff, amazing food and speedy service. I can't believe it only has 3.8 stars at the moment of this review. I'm also glad we didn't check in advance, because it would have been our miss.
