18/08/2025: Visitamos aquí dos veces en nuestro viaje a Copenhague, nos sentamos afuera en una carretera muy transitada y vimos el mundo pasar.
Entras a la orden y el personal siempre fue amable y rápido.
Solo visitamos en una tarde, así que era bastante tranquilo, pero recomendaría.
08/07/2025: Me llamaron mientras paseaba por Copenhague. Un hermoso día caluroso y soleado y nos sentamos afuera a tomar algo.
La otra mitad entró, pidió bebidas (creo que como es un pub escocés, asumimos que uno entra y pide), pedimos una pinta de IPA y un jugo de naranja natural.
Las bebidas salieron en cuestión de segundos y nos sentamos a observar el mundo pasar (¡y algunos personajes!) por un rato.
Excelente ubicación. Buen servicio.

13/07/2025: I walked in and as soon as I did, I saw a controversial political opinion loudly in my face put up on the table so customers see it right as they walk in. This cafe clearly discriminates and judges anyone who they disagree with. A very divisive and fascist approach which excludes others. Just serve your coffee, pastries, and keep your judgmental opinions to yourself.

I usually don’t write bad reviews, but this was just a shocking experience.
Came there today with my partner around 12:30 to have some hot chocolates. As the place was getting busier for lunch time, around 13:00 the manager (I think he was the manager as he was fixing up some chairs in the cafe) came up to us and said “I’m going to have to ask you to leave as people need space to eat”. The table was reserved for 14:30, so I’m assuming he wanted to fit another paying table in before the reservation comes.
As someone who works in a cafe, I’m shocked that people get treated this way if they don’t order food. Especially being kicked out without an apology of any kind is something I have never experienced. If I knew that I was going to have to order food around that time to at least sit there for over half an hour, I would have left.
This is such a shame, as I have visited this cafe a number of times and have always had a lovely time. The service is always good, especially today the girl was very sweet and even came up to us to ask if there was something we were missing.
19/10/2025: we came hungry and hoping for tapas. Unfortunately they weren’t serving tapas from 4-5pm so we could only get toast and fries. Luckily the toast and fries were delicious. Also lattes. We liked sitting outside in the park. Overall a cool little place and enjoyed the music decor

16/11/2025: Super delicious food in cozy surroundings. Definitely recommend trying it.
Delicious starter, where they disguised fish well for people who normally wouldn't like fish.
For the main course there was a really delicious beef shoulder that melted in the mouth, and for dessert it was a special experience as it feels like a mixture of rice ala mang but still not, because the cherries in it were not quite sweet but on the sour side. We tasted the second dessert which was some kimchi sorbet with chocolate cream at the bottom. And it was really delicious and more my taste.
But to sum up, it is definitely a recommendation to go up and try and have a delicious experience, and the view is absolutely fantastic.
16/11/2025: Super delicious experience with super delicious food, good service and nice drinks, recommended. If you don't like fish that much, you can still like it because it's super delicious luxury fish that doesn't taste like fish at all. Go and have a good experience 😉

26/12/2025: Be aware that this restaurant is not exactly pet friendly (only able to eat inside with your dog if their on a bag) not really practical if you are only passing by..
21/12/2025: The food was delicious, so nicely presented. We really enjoyed it, so much so we went back the next day and I ordered the same thing.

It was cold inside and it was definitely drawing in stars. You couldn't keep warm if you sat by one of the big windows.
01/01/2026: Amazing owner and staff! So helpful, in times of need;) The salad was particularly lovely, and ever so crispy. Would definitely go back!

19/08/2025: We stumbled upon “Café Apropos” on the evening of the 18th — the grand finale of our 8-day Danish road trip. And I do mean stumbled: it was 9:30 PM, we were running late, and desperately hunting for something to feed the kid. The place looked stylish and vaguely Parisian, so we thought, “Why not?”
Well… the confusion began with the menu and only got worse from there. If this was meant to be a Parisian bistro, someone forgot to tell the kitchen. The kids’ chicken? Marinated in a spicy sauce — because nothing says “child-friendly” like a surprise kick of heat. Once we realized that, we swapped it for a delightfully thin hamburger tucked inside a hollow bun. Gourmet minimalism, perhaps?
Meanwhile, the “tapas plate” featured jalapeños, tortilla sauce, and a few mystery items that defied identification.
And the “Parisian steak”? Oh dear. It was a dry hamburger (dear “chef,” ever heard of beef fillet?) perched on a slice of yesterday’s bread, surrounded by random vegetables that added nothing but confusion — and later, stomach drama I won’t detail here out of mercy.
The one bright spot? Our waitress. Cheerful, friendly, and just as baffled as we were when the kitchen insisted, “Yes, the baby chicken is marinated in spicy sauce — but just a little spicy!”
Final verdict: charming decor, baffling food, and a culinary identity crisis (yes, including pasta with chicken). Proceed with caution — or better yet, don’t.
