24/03/2026: Bad service, expensive pizza is not good. Dining on site not possible.

30/12/2025: Fantastic pizza, crispy and flavorful dough, perfect amount of toppings and it was nice and hot when delivered!

03/03/2026: Wanted lunch, the food was nicely presented, and most of it tasted okay. But a piece of smørrebrød with a very thin piece of roast pork, dragged the whole experience down. Roast pork with a rubbery or elastic edge, where half was fat, tasted more than rancid, this piece that I took a bite of, I was about to spit out, it tasted of mold and rancid. The waiter who brought plates saw that it was discarded, but did not ask if it was good. Nothing is fresh and special, but the price is also accordingly. If she had asked how the food tasted, and offered a new and different piece, I would have given a different review.

03/03/2026: A poor round of pork roast, - old and dry. The (powder) gravy was grainy and boring. Not worth visiting.

25/04/2026: There were 3 of us and we each chose a starter and a main course. The portions were a nice size, so you didn't get too little, but we didn't have room for dessert. It was fully booked, so it is recommended to book a table on Saturday evening. The starters consisted of carpaccio, tomato burrata, scallops and a fish dish accompanied by homemade bread and butter. For the main course we had confirmed duck, 250 g ribeye and fried hake. The ribeye was cooked perfectly and was tender. It is liberating that this classic Danish/French inspired restaurant has a menu where everyone can join in. We paid almost 1800 DKK including tip and drinks, which consisted of non-alcoholic beer, a couple of glasses of red wine and Danish water. It is a lovely atmosphere, good cozy lighting and skilled chefs and waiters. Can definitely be recommended if you visit Hornbæk.

02/10/2025: Delicious food from Varnada Indian Cuisine. Elsinore Street Food is a great place to relax and enjoy good food after a days sightseeing around Helsingør.

13/09/2025: I ordered butter chicken with garlic naan. Is it edible? Yes. Would I recommend anyone to spend money on it? No The quality is terribly low. Butter chicken tasted like tomato sauce with chicken. Had nothing to do with butter chicken. Garlic naan tasted like cardboard. Choose something else.

05/03/2026: Best kebab I’ve had in a while. Was out on a tour in frigid Denmark when I chances upon this brilliant hole in the wall. Amazing service, loaded my kebab with meat and garlic sauce. Yum yum in my tum tum.😩😩😩 So good I only took a picture of the almost finished kebab!

05/03/2026: Nice place for what it is :) Been coming there for as long as I can remember through childhood and youth. Sweet and loyal staff!

17/03/2026: Bought a hamburger which was perfectly okay, good service as they cooked our order quickly as we were leaving on the train in 10 minutes. We accidentally paid double, when I pointed this out one of the staff became aggressive when I calmly tried to explain to him what I meant, but he continued his aggressive line and another of the staff went in and took over and finally they saw in the cash register what we meant. The aggressive man probably needs to work on his temper.

03/10/2025: Their coffee was nice, but the rum ball was boring. It's a nice concept, but the cafe and the service area seem boring, messy and shabby.

09/09/2025: The baked goods were fresh and well-made, and the cappuccino was delicious. Instead of eating from a paper bag and drinking from a paper cup with stirrers, the old-school option—with a plate, cup, and spoon—would have certainly been even more appealing. Moreover, the service seemed dismissive and unmotivated... what a pity, jam...

24/09/2025: The food was extremely salty. Not just salty, but ridiculously salty. Papaya salad, seafood salad, fried chicken, basil chicken... everything was salty. The papaya salad was inedible. The chef needs to improve the seasoning.

26/08/2025: I've never stayed and eaten, I've only ordered takeout. But it's our go to Thai place. It's very delicious, and they have a little bit of everything. They're always nice when you come to pick up the food.

11/02/2026: ‼️CHECK THE WEIGHT CAREFULLY⚖️‼️ I was overcharged for smoked fish that turned out to be almost 100 g lighter than the weight I paid for. I only noticed because the price was suspiciously high and I checked it myself on another scale. When I returned, the staff confirmed the incorrect weight and refunded the difference — without even saying sorry. If I hadn't checked, the overcharge would have gone unnoticed… Very disappointing and untrustworthy‼️

30/12/2025: I got sick from crayfish tail salad that I ate for two days and it tasted fine but 🤮🤮🤮and my stomach hurt

15/10/2025: I got a chicken gyros menu. The gyros was pretty boring. Dry chicken not a lot of flavor. Also I asked for no tomatoes which they added anyways.

18/08/2025: Boring food without much flavor. Got a gyro with lamb.
