19/05/2026: We had a super good experience, full of people but still a good experience. Really good service from the employees and especially “Sofie” who was in high spirits and helped with various things. Definitely recommended😁

18/03/2026: I left and was just READY TO PARTY with JAGERBOMBS!!!! But when I went up to the bar he wasn't ready to party at all. He didn't even tell me about JAGERBOMBS FOR 15 KR!!11!!1!1!1! I'm never coming back again!!!

21/12/2025: Super cozy place, although a bit expensive for admission, it's the same everywhere in Copenhagen, there's plenty of space and good music, even the option of burgers all night long

14/12/2025: *edited* The evening went quite well - great energy on the floor, great DJ and good music. 5 stars. When I had to pick up my jacket again, which I had dropped off 1/1.5 hours before, it had gone missing in the cloakroom. Very disappointing considering that it is quite cold in December. It was even more disappointing that I had a bag with me too, which they could easily find. The jacket was found and the service throughout was good, but it is a shame that it really left its mark on the evening.

28/07/2025: Fantastic place! Everything feels made with care and love - both food, interior, bowls, cutlery, outdoor environment, and the hospitality of the staff! The food was delicious, and I was full, all at reasonable prices. We had brunch with coffee and a composition of a number of small dishes. Cozy with outdoor seating by the canal.

20/02/2026: I tried shisha for the first time in my life and was immediately put off. I really didn't like the taste. I don't know if it was due to the poor quality or the flavor itself. The place raises some questions. Especially regarding cleanliness; the ceiling is covered in nicotine residue. The tables haven't been wiped down. The owner was very friendly and approachable.

30/08/2025: We waited too long to order 2 whisky 🥃 and they didn't have proper glasses as clean and we have to wait for the glasses to be washed then another bartender just got them and the bartender we ordered, he tried to gave us in normal water glasses and that's unacceptable. I told I want to drink my whiskey as it should be. I am generally not complain but that service is cross the line. He also didn't check as he didn't have the whiskey we ordered so we had to wait that too. It took us almost 30 min to get our whiskey and we received in a hot glasses as watery.

02/10/2025: My Menu ① Pluma Rossini Tapas — 130 DKK / Each This dish was truly captivating! It uses the Pluma cut of Iberico pork (the most tender and dreamy cut, known as the "Wagyu of pork"), cooked about 6-7 minutes rare, paired with foie gras. The Iberico pork is incredibly tender and fatty, yet perfectly blends with the foie gras, making it feel surprisingly non-greasy. The foie gras has no fishy smell at all, and the interplay of fats and fats is surprisingly balanced, leaving it completely unappetizing. It's truly heavenly! It's a shame the price is a bit high at 130 DKK per tapa. With a little more budget, you could easily order a main course at a regular restaurant 🥲 But it definitely felt like the money was well spent 🥰🥰 ⸻ ② Duck Confit Sandwich — 89 DKK This is one of their signature dishes. The portion is generous and the price is reasonable. The bread is perfectly chewy, and the duck meat is very filling. It's also highly praised by locals. However, I found the meat a bit dry and not as juicy as I'd imagined. Maybe it's because Danes tend to prefer a dry texture? (The duck confit I had at Bloom Vesterbro was similarly dry.) It's not my cup of tea, but still worth a try. ⸻ Summary If you're visiting Copenhagen, Ma Poule is a must-try! The Pluma Rossini tapas, in particular, are truly unforgettable. A small reminder: avoid the lunch crowd and go around 2 p.m. for a safer experience. Sometimes they sell out, requiring a 30-40 minute wait. The location is easy to find, a 2-3 minute walk from Norreport metro station, in the Torvehallerne KBH food court. It's not a formal restaurant.

25/05/2026: Both employees seemed completely uninterested in being there and gave me vague answers when I asked about the food, even though there are no clear menus or proper labeling of the food on the counter. Their bagels and sandwiches actually taste really good, but the price is too high, and the service is unfortunately quite poor. The place is okay if you take the food to go or if you are in a hurry and just need something quick and good, with minimal contact with the employees.

15/01/2026: Very close to the train and metro. Room cleaning wasn't very good.

06/01/2026: Room: We chose a railway sleeper room. During our stay the weather was fairly warm. Unfortunately, there is no air con so we had to open the door which allowed for air but made sleeping noisier than closed. If you require silence do not stay here but if you like white noise (door closed) the noise is fine. The rooms are clean and basic but suitable. We came with our baby and a cot and nice duvet spread was provided. The bunk beds, once pulled out from the wall, have very very sharp locks on them which we have cut ourselves on. (This needs to be changed as not suitable for adults never mind children). The bathroom could do with grout cleaner. It would be good to have a valuables safe in the rooms. There is no lift so staying here on my own with a pram wouldn’t have worked as there are no ground floor rooms. Food: The breakfast we did not have as it is roughly £15 per day. Service: The staff are attentive providing us a fan for the room and cutlery for our take outs. The location: 2 mins to the train station and a small supermarket. Direct routes to the airport and Sweden. Overall price: I guess it’s reasonable for Copenhagen but compared to other countries I have travelled it’s on the expensive side for a 3 star.

19/04/2026: It was a cold evening this Friday, February 24th, when their heating system broke down and a repairman could only arrive on Monday, February 26th. The food was nice and hot and the drinks were cold, so it was still a nice, slightly chilly evening 😀

13/06/2026: Pizza was great and reasonably priced. It can be a little messy to eat, but not an issue. It has a takeaway vibe with some chairs, not a fine dining kind of place. Would definitely recommend and come again

13/05/2026: There's no point in offering delivery when the pizza has to be transported for half an hour. No matter how good the pizza was when it was made, it's boring and cold when it arrives. The food was also late, despite having been ordered well in advance on a normal weekday.

16/09/2025: got a no. 8 which is chicken with vegetables and rice for 78 kr. really good taste, fresh ingredients and piping hot not the last time I come here
