13/04/2025: Now the place is called: NORM Emma and Cem are giving the place an upgrade, but still with an affordable menu. We had brunch and coffee, and a quite pleasant chat with Emma. Currently there are only the small tables outside, but they are applying for a renewed permit for outdoor dining.

28/01/2026: There were 3 of us. We got shooting stars, tasted great but there was no asparagus and the bread was a bun from something that reminded me of a ciabatta slice, it was simply not cut or chewed, bad experience, oh oh, not something we will return to, would recommend

26/06/2024: Uno de mis restaurantes favoritos en el mundo es definitivamente "Estudio" en Copenhague! Durante toda la noche me sentí totalmente cómodo y sorprendido de los hermosos sabores. El viaje de la comida y el vino es excepcional. Es cierto que el ambiente en el restaurante se reduce al mínimo, pero los sabores son ricos, nuevos e inspiradores. La presentación de la comida también combina hermoso con sus altos esfuerzos! También el maridaje de vinos cumple con mis expectativas. Los productos son seleccionados a mano y "Estudio" conoce muy bien a los agricultores y bodegas, para que te expliquen por qué te ofrecen el menú. 13 - por supuesto que están tardando, pero nunca me gustaría perderme uno de ellos! Asegúrese de que el precio se justifique con las ofrendas. Feliz de volver a Copenhague pronto y reservar una mesa una vez más. ¡Muchas gracias, Studio!

17/04/2024: Det var en helt sublim oplevelse hos STUD!O. Smagsoplevelserne var nye, afstemte og overraskende. Det var en dejlig gastronomisk rejse vi blev taget på. Jesper, sommelieren, gav os en dejlig oplevelse af at blive taget ved hånden når vi trådte ind i vinens fortælling. Kokkene var med deres ærbødigt anrettede kreationer et dejligt selskab ved bordet. Alt var upretentiøst, afslappet og alligevel med den særlige gode opmærksomme service som hører sig gourmet restauranter til. Vi kommer igen! Vi mødte en imponerende lydhørhed og service fra alle.

14/08/2025: Great little restaurant for smørrebrød, excellent quality and really beautifully presented.

12/11/2024: Pizza was fine (I just had a basic margarita) but service was slow and little bit on inefficient. The indoor space is pink and pretty but small!

06/01/2025: We went to the "Espresso House" in the Fields shopping center in Copenhagen 🇩🇰. The ladies were a bit unmotivated and not particularly friendly, and the flow wasn't particularly good. The back of the café was closed (presumably due to water damage), but this wasn't really marked. The coffee was pretty average. For a coffee chain that's on every corner in Copenhagen, it was a disappointing visit. There are definitely better cafés.

30/05/2025: Incredible service, second time here and this time Dima was our server, incredible knowledge about the dishes and sourcing, super friendly environment, Ark is a different fresh take on fine dining that is so needed. My favorite fone dining in the world right now easily.

01/01/2024: I booked for New Year's Eve and ended up getting ripped off. The place was closed and I had to find another. Don't book!

23/10/2023: Are you still closed due to pests? You don't answer the phone, don't reply to emails, and everything is red in your booking system until December 2023? I stopped by your restaurant today to talk to you in person. Everything looked closed. We have a Sweetdeal voucher for a 5-course menu with you, which must be used by November 10, 2023. Can we get it refunded if you don't open by that date?? What would you suggest? It would be nice if you announced on your website how your customers should behave.

08/07/2024: Venligt, smilende og hjælpsomt personale. - Vi skulle bare have en rundtur, med kørestol, og det gik nemt og var en god oplevelse. - Fantastisk udsigt til kaffe og kage.

08/01/2025: Ordered food on New Year's Eve at their new location in Sydhavnen. Two dishes, both with 2-3 chili on the strength scale. When the food arrived there was no trace of chili at all. Subsequently contacted via email x 2 without response. If you have run out of chili at a Thai restaurant, you should at least remove the dishes from the menu. Food made without love. Very disappointing. Still missing a response from the restaurant.
