26/04/2025: There’s something about this place that just hits different. It instantly pulled me back to the good old days — when warm smiles and genuine hospitality weren’t some rare, forgotten art. We showed up and the owner himself met us right at the front door, grinning like he was welcoming old friends. He took the time to walk us through the bar, sharing its story like it actually mattered — and you could feel it did. When we finally made it down to the bar, we were floored. Cheap prices, an incredible selection, and absolutely no pretense. A true hidden gem tucked away in the heart of Copenhagen. Trust me, skip the overpriced chains.This is the kind of place that reminds you why you fell in love with nights out in the first place.

This is the Heineken Kidnapping Tour!” I tried to explain to her that we were in Denmark, not Amsterdam. But she had her headphones on and was listening to Peter R. de Vries's audiobook. The bus started, lights flickered, someone put on Daddy Cool—and suddenly everything made sense. “Willem Holleeder made of wood,” she mumbled, “but with better music.” She tapped her Heineken glass rhythmically, her Johnny’s Vintage and Leathers jacket gleaming in the purple neon light. I sighed, took a sip, and thought: “If they ever make a film about us, it will be called From Harderwijk to Copenhagen: The Leather Heist.” When we got out, Els looked dreamily out the window and said: “Harm… kidnapping is just a form of rapture.” 🧥 Outfit: Johnny’s Vintage and Leathers biker jacket (black) + leather boots 🎵 Soundtrack: Daddy Cool × Peter R. de Vries True Crime Remix 📍 Location: Barbussen, Etonvej 12, Copenhagen 💬 “Some misunderstandings taste better with beer.”

25/09/2025: ⚠️DO NOT BOOK HERE!!⚠️ The bus never showed up!!! We booked well in advance, but when we had 30-40 guests waiting on the day, and when we arrived 15 minutes after they were supposed to arrive, we called the company, where they said they were prevented from showing up..‼️ We had to order taxis for all guests to get into town, at our own expense… Simply UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

01/06/2024: What an amazing experience. From you enter til you leave, this is one of the best dining experiences I had in years. Service was quick and aware, and the presentation and guidance through the drinks and wine menu were perfect. We had the full menu, dishes were on the the smaller size, and I would assume that If you chose tasting menu, you would leave a bit peckish. All dishes were beautiful presented and very tastefull. Looking forward to the reopening

02/05/2025: Very good sandwiches - excellent roastbeef. Fish sandwich should have been avtad more crispy, but still ok. Fast service.

15/09/2025: A simple order is hard to understand. 1 kebab box, minus tomato + plus chili. 1 kebab box with everything minus chili. We get 2 boxes without tomato with chili. How many fries were there? We counted 8 in total. And he didn't understand minus in either Danish or English Bad

11/09/2025: Terrible hygiene, both me and my 4 year old son got food poisoning last night after we came home with vomiting and diarrhea!!!! They need to close down urgently (I recommend avoiding eating there immediately if you want to avoid food poisoning!!
