17/12/2025: Warning: Be ready to be kicked out after 30 minutes if you only order drinks. I usually don’t write bad reviews, but this was just a shocking experience. Came there today with my partner around 12:30 to have some hot chocolates. As the place was getting busier for lunch time, around 13:00 the manager (I think he was the manager as he was fixing up some chairs in the cafe) came up to us and said “I’m going to have to ask you to leave as people need space to eat”. The table was reserved for 14:30, so I’m assuming he wanted to fit another paying table in before the reservation comes. As someone who works in a cafe, I’m shocked that people get treated this way if they don’t order food. Especially being kicked out without an apology of any kind is something I have never experienced. If I knew that I was going to have to order food around that time to at least sit there for over half an hour, I would have left. This is such a shame, as I have visited this cafe a number of times and have always had a lovely time. The service is always good, especially today the girl was very sweet and even came up to us to ask if there was something we were missing.

19/10/2025: we came hungry and hoping for tapas. Unfortunately they weren’t serving tapas from 4-5pm so we could only get toast and fries. Luckily the toast and fries were delicious. Also lattes. We liked sitting outside in the park. Overall a cool little place and enjoyed the music decor

07/06/2026: The price is far too high for the quality and if there was a price increase on dishes, we were not informed before the bill came. The menu was only handed over verbally, so I don't know if you are supposed to know that there is a surcharge on various things, from home.

09/07/2026: First and foremost, people working in this place are respectful, humble, smiling and easy going. The food is from another world, I ordered Manakesh (Zatar mixed with cheese and Kafta), both were competing the taste. The atmosphere here is a place where you enjoy everything. Very recommended and 💯 worth to try and enjoy.

09/01/2026: Extremely cozy little wine bar with cheese and charcuterie. The selection is second to none - absolutely top notch. Present and personal service, which despite the somewhat cramped conditions can always come through. Fantastic experience.

02/05/2026: Cafe Malmø in Copenhagen is a proper old-school Danish morning pub that refuses to follow any modern trends – and that’s exactly why it works. This is a no-frills establishment where the atmosphere is thick with history and a hint of yesterday’s smoke. From the early hours you’ll often find a colorful mix of locals and slightly shady characters nursing their morning beers, giving the place an authentic, almost cinematic edge. The interior is classic and well-worn in the best possible way. There’s a beautiful old billiard table (the proper smaller Danish kind, not American pool) that has seen better days but still delivers plenty of entertainment. No pretentious decor, no craft beer nonsense – just solid, reasonably priced pints and a straightforward selection that matches the unassuming vibe perfectly. Prices are fair and far from the snobby levels you see in many other places these days. Cafe Malmø isn’t trying to be Instagram-friendly or cozy for everyone. It’s a raw, iconic slice of real Danish pub culture. Whether it feels wonderfully hyggelig or slightly sketchy depends entirely on who you are and what you’re looking for. If you appreciate unpolished authenticity and places with real character, this little gem is hard to beat.

29/04/2026: Fantastic basement pub, brown pub fittings with eclectic decor and cosy surroundings. Usual basic drinks selection, typical prices for the district. Lived in, charming and interesting. I wish it long life.

18/07/2026: We went to Mynte on our wedding day without a reservation, but we arrived relatively early. It's a small restaurant, so I would recommend making a reservation in the future. The decor is very tasteful and pleasant; I personally loved the color scheme and the soft, jazzy background music. We were given a lovely table for two at the back by the large window. While the view is of the street, it's still a nice spot. Seating is only available indoors. There's a unisex restroom, which is also very nicely done, and they offer Rituals products and small guest towels. The service was friendly and quite efficient. We had to wait a bit for our food, but it was fresh and delicious. I ordered the Pad Thai. It was very tasty, although I personally would have liked a few more peanuts. The mint lemonade was excellent. Overall, it was a wonderful time with delicious food, and I highly recommend visiting Mynte. We'd love to come back again when we're in Copenhagen.

31/10/2025: i wish every restaurant did this trio choice thing , it would really save me so much emotional turmoil from indecision every single time i go out. pizzas were also a good size and i think the price was reasonable — PLUS, you get your own mini pizza cutter which i thought was super fun. the space was a bit small but it really added to the nice quaint, cozy vibe. i got the sweet cheesus, rosemary bacon, and the fall special pumpkin & parmesan. my favourite was probably the sweet cheesus, which was slightly sweet, super warm and juicy with stretchy, melted cheese, and was just super comforting. i also really enjoyed the balance of the smoky, salty bacon and the slight sweetness of the crunchy pumpkin slices, along with the faint aroma of the rosemary. the pumpkin & parmesan was not really as notable, and i wish there was a stronger, sweeter pumpkin flavour. the chili flakes did add a nice spice to it though. i also tried the truffle and thyme, which had a lot of mushrooms with a really strong wild mushroom taste to it, and honestly not enough truffle. all the crusts were quite crispy, but the dough did get just slightly too chewy/tough for me as it cooled pretty quickly. i recommend getting a dip because eating the crust is always better with a dip.

30/08/2026: Great value for money, and tasty products! There is a wide variety of traditional sweets, and bakery products at a fair price. The raw ingredients are of quality, and the cakes are huge and delicious. The service was very prompt, the space is clean, thus it is quiet small if planning to enjoy the sweets on the spot. Also, it gets very warm inside even if the door is left opened.
