21/08/2026: My (now) husband and I went there in September 2024 to celebrate our engagement. I had picked the restaurant with the highest reviews, 4.9 stars back then. I don’t think I have ever been treated this bad in a restaurant. We don’t drink any alcohol, which seemed like a major problem for the staff. Upon telling them, their smiles vanished from their faces and we received the soft drink menu only after explicitly asking for it. We usually have a laugh with staff at restaurants, but we felt so uncomfortable here. Service was horrible, which would have been acceptable if the pizza had been great. Unfortunately, this was not the case. We‘re Europeans, we eat pizza every week, we‘ve been to Naples and had loads of pizza, we have a professional pizza oven — you get the message. I have NEVER had to use salt and pepper to spice up my pizza. It was completely bland!! Why am I writing this now? I had completely forgotten about it and we went to a great place to get dessert afterwards, but this experience always comes back up in conversations, because it was so incredibly bad. We had such high hopes and were completely let down.

16/07/2026: (Lebanon cuisine northwest) I was looking forward to eating in a Lebanese restaurant, but.... The food was not very fresh - the meat was not well cooked, dirty sticky disgusting table. I had expected to be served by a Lebanese employee who has an understanding of Lebanese food!! I came there because I was invited. Otherwise I would not choose this place and will never come back. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the experience😕

11/06/2026: Event with work, where the menu was predetermined. However, we are served a different menu than planned. No consideration is given to the fact that we are pregnant women who are not allowed to have tartar and raw meat. A little over an hour passes between each serving because it is overbooked and there was too much noise, so you could not talk. It was a very bad experience.

25/05/2026: I have been coming here for many years and have always been satisfied with the concept and the quality in relation to the price. However, I had to delete my old review, which was previously good. There used to be always free delicious bread and butter – you can no longer get that without a purchase. The menu was also previously more varied with the option of several side orders, which is no longer available either. I actually think it is fine to minimize the menu if it means greater focus on quality, but unfortunately the quality of everything we got was so poor that after many years of visiting it will be goodbye from here. We ordered a starter of cold smoked salmon. The portion was very small in relation to the price, the dish was bland and honestly tasted of nothing. Then we got a steak ordered medium. Even after the third try, it was still cooked through, even though the second time I specifically asked for medium rare. I therefore thought that the chef might at least be able to hit medium – but unfortunately not. I was also a little embarrassed by the food waste we were creating, as the side dishes also had to be reheated several times to be warm with the steak. After the third try, we gave up and said we would just eat it, even though it was still cooked through. Unfortunately, the meat was of such poor quality that you really didn't want to eat it. The waiters were nice and did what they could, but the place unfortunately shows signs of decline and generally poor quality. The restaurant didn't seem particularly nice or well-maintained, the terrace was no longer as cozy as it used to be, and the overall experience gradually reminded me more of Jensens Bøfhus. Unfortunately, I won't be back, as the quality has clearly disappeared.

26/07/2026: Poor experience. Ordered two panino from the menu for takeaway and they made something completely different that wasn't on the menu. Replaced three of the five ingredients with two cheaper ones. Contacted them to ask about it and they just left me on seen 🤷‍♂️

09/08/2026: I bought a Bearnaise Burger for dinner for 99kr, and ate indoors. When I received it, it didn't look like much and I was right. The bun was pre-bought and dry, there was minimal amount of bearnaise/way too much mayo and the bacon was chewy. The only plus I can give to the burger was that the steak tasted grilled, which I'm a fan of. Overall, you can easily enjoy a meal here, but don't expect anything out of the ordinary.

14/08/2026: Featured in the Michelin Guide! 4.3 stars out of nearly 2,000 reviews. Expectations are sky-high, so...and instead: 1. They serve us chilled wine 2. They bring the wine to the table already opened 3. The wait between endless courses 4. They clear the tables even after 30 minutes 5. Suddenly, the entire place is more focused on the people coming to drink, and they even turn up the music 6. The quality of the food is good, but not excellent by any means. 7. Prices are high, like all of Copenhagen. But there are much better value for money. For me, it's a definite NO!

20/08/2026: Really nice cafe with good food and friendly staff. The service was good and the food tasted really good. It was a nice experience and I will definitely come back. Can definitely be recommended.
