30/07/2026: We sat here on a Thursday between 11 am and 1 pm, there was a flea market in front of us, we drank four filter coffees and two beers (Carlsberg), totaling 360 DKK (just under 50). We don't want to see it as a rip-off, but it does leave a bad taste in our mouths... Sorry, it was still nice here though... ✌️ So guys, keep an eye on the card...

27/08/2026: Picked up some pastries on the way from Aalborg towards Ebeltoft; they were delicious!

24/08/2026: Actually really bad ordered two cakes a brownie and a pastry both for 10 people plus 20 plain tea buns and 20 chocolate buns when picking up the young lady in the shop noticed that the baker had forgotten the 20 chocolate buns (but we could have tried føtex) The cakes who have never been a "cake man" but just a square which is actually ok That's where it goes completely wrong for that shop pastry cake man it's so clear that it's two chocolate triangles that have been slapped together with a little icing on top is that really the standard or has the baker also forgotten one cake man I wanted chocolate triangles so I should have bought these

21/05/2026: Another dog friendly place in Skagen. Fantastic experience and service.

04/04/2026: A cozy cocktail bar 🍸 in the middle of the pedestrian zone in Skagen. The place is really cozy with both high chairs/tables and sofa groups. The staff was smiling and very service-oriented, and they made good drinks 🍹, so we managed to have a few of them 😜. The place also had various board games and backgammon, and the ones we really like to play ourselves, Sequence, were put to use 🤩. The place was visited at Easter 2026.

11/08/2026: During our tour of Denmark, we also visited Aalborg. Looking for an Italian restaurant, we ended up at Fellini. Since we hadn't made a reservation, they had to rearrange the furniture a bit to make room for us. Besides the delicious starter, the lasagna was the highlight for us! We have never eaten anything this good! (And we are connoisseurs!) If we are in the area again, we will definitely eat here again (and make sure to make a reservation this time).

09/08/2026: Really delicious pizza with good kebab and delicious dressings. Definitely recommended.

05/08/2026: Really delicious kebab with juicy, well-seasoned meat. Fresh bread and crispy vegetables make it perfect. Clearly one of the best I've tasted.

13/08/2026: I originally only wanted to have something to drink, but when I saw those wonderful Danish sandwiches, I couldn't resist. Everything was delicious, the service was pleasant, the atmosphere was cozy and homely.

10/08/2026: We come 2 people order 2× nachos we both ask for extra cheese, when I nicely point out they have forgotten the extra cheese as there are only chips, I am told in a very provocative way that it is only the large potion where the cheese is in layers but that I will know for next time so I will remember that and say it another time, the waiter tries to save the situation by offering that she can add extra cheese after we have finished eating as she does not want us to go out the door with a bad experience 300 kr for once chips are damn too expensive I will never set foot there again.

31/07/2026: Highly recommended! We had mussels and shrimp. Both were huge portions that would have satisfied even a teenager. Absolutely fresh and deliciously prepared.

06/07/2026: I remember Pingvin as a really good place to eat from when it was in the city center. Unfortunately, it seems that the place has lost some of its charm after moving to Stjernepladsen. The food was quite good, but the next day I had difficulty remembering the menu or any special taste experiences. It simply did not make a noticeable impression. Unfortunately, the decor also detracted from the experience. Both the chairs, tables and the general atmosphere reminded me of an older, slightly run-down pizzeria in the province. I can't remember exactly what the decor was like in the old premises, but my friend and I both immediately noticed the lack of quality in the furnishings and the somewhat sad decor. Our waiter naturally asked if we wanted coffee or dessert after the meal. But after almost two hours on the chairs, my lower back was so sore that I didn't want to sit a minute longer than necessary - not even if the coffee had been free. Overall, the visit was okay, but the experience unfortunately did not live up to the positive memories I had from Pingvin's previous location. 3 tiny stars will do, but 2 stars wouldn't be quite right either.
